Counter-Notification Process 

If you believe that content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notice including

  • Identification of the material removed and its previous location. 
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification. 
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court and agreement to accept service of process from the original complainant. 
  • Your physical or electronic signature. 

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the original claimant initiates legal action.
